Very knowledgeable and thorough, as well as friendly and approachable. Having gone to a few different Sports Therapists over the years, I was constantly being recommended Lauren/Lowri by a friend. I wish I had listened and booked an appointment sooner. They really work to get to the bottom/cause of the various injuries (both new and old) that I go to them with. The treatment during appointments, plus the professional advice going forward, really shows they know their stuff. Definitely the best I have been to and would highly recommend.

Both Lauren and Lowri are absolutely wonderful people, no issue is too big for them, they are very professional and friendly, very welcoming, I have had therapy for some months now and as a result, I can move better, have more mobility, better pain management and my overall health has improved immensely, I can't rate them highly enough

Lauren provides a professional but also personal approach to my husbands & my requirements. Her positive outlook shines through and always leaves us feeling ready to pursue our next goal by treating the areas which take the strain during training and racing. She is also there to offer advice regarding injuries and more importantly preventative measures.
