Had bloods booked and completely forgot, it was booked for 2:45 and I came straight at 3:40 as soon as I remembered (as I used to get text reminders). The phlaboyomist was stood outside not doing anything, I stated I had completely forgotten and was really apologetic. Not one person in there. But no can't take my blood because they're "waiting" on one more person... When she wasn't doing anything anyway. You turn up to NHS appts on time and they're running hours behind and expect us to be fine with it. The second you're running a bit late, it's "can't do anything, will have to rebook". Honestly, don't see the harm if the phlebotomist was just stood around "waiting" as she said. 2 minutes is all it takes to take some blood.

Parking is a nightmare. But it has a new centre for blood tests. Very good. Please make an appointment.

Fantastic team of nurses and HCA's... The care given and dedication shown is second to none ( not forgetting the office team, kitchen staff and domestics who also go above and beyond).

It's convenient having a hospital in Gorseinon, especially for blood tests, also friendly local nurses and helpful staff

I am under the Pacing clinic. I had a pacemaker fitted in September. The staff are dreadful. As you can imagine I have questions. I was told at my first face to face appointment in October that they aren't there to answer questions .just to check pacemaker was doing it's job. Twice I have felt poorly and my GP told me to send a downland to the clinic and ring to let them know it's been sent. I sent one yesterday. The woman that rings back is always extremely rude and ignorant and doesn't like answering questions. She wants to get you off the phone ASAP. They are NOT interested in the patients. I wish I could change. Edit. Today's date 19/04/22 GREAT NEWS. I have been moved to another pacing clinic and no longer have to deal with these extremely rude and arrogant team. been t

I told them before hand I was in a wheelchair but it landed on deaf ears. After 8.45am I loaded my Wheelchair and drove home still no call. Very nice and competent staff, but I was very concerned that on arrival, my temperature was not taken, nor was I offered hand sanitiser, which is the practice in all other hospital appointments I have had during this Coronavirus pandemic. Luckily I had a bottle of sanitiser on me, so could use it immediately on leaving my appointment.
