I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Ben Wheeler. I first contacted him on 10th December and he carried out the survey on the 18th. Impressively, the draft report was ready the same day, and the final version followed on the 20th — a very fast turnaround. Ben’s work was thorough and detailed throughout. Before completing the final report, he invited me to ask any questions, and the replies he gave were clear, helpful, and easy to understand. He also highlighted several issues I wouldn’t have spotted myself, which was incredibly useful. I rang around a few surveyors in the area beforehand and Ben was the most reasonably priced, yet the quality of his work was excellent. Professional, efficient, and very easy to deal with. I have no complaints whatsoever and would happily recommend Ben Wheeler to anyone needing a survey.

Had a level 3 building survey conducted on a property I am in the process of purchasing and through every stage of the survey, Ben has answered all my questions (Even some general questions regarding the process in general) and the responses were very fast and detailed! We engaged Ben to conduct a survey of hopefully what will be our new home. I was sceptical in the beginning owing to Ben being a RPSA surveyor as opposed to a RICS surveyor, but having had personal contact from him at the time of survey and his subsequent received report, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
